Welcome Julie Muehlenkamp as Out of School Time Program Director

We are excited to announce that Julie Muehlenkamp has joined Partners for Change as our new Out of School Time (OST) Program Director. In this key leadership role, Julie will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of OST programming across multiple school districts in Northern Kentucky. She will work closely with district partners, community organizations, and program staff to ensure high-quality, consistent programming aligned with the Partners for Change OST framework and theory of change.

Julie will lead efforts to implement best practices, support staff development, and promote data-driven decision-making to meet performance benchmarks and program goals. She will also manage contracts, provide training and technical assistance to district-level service providers, and engage with the broader community to strengthen and grow OST opportunities for youth. With her strategic leadership and passion for youth development and over 20 years experience of creating and leading outcome-focused and comprehensive programs that develop real, sustainable empowerment in communities, Julie brings the vision and experience needed to guide our OST initiatives and further our mission of eliminating barriers to success for students across Northern Kentucky. Julie and her husband Bryan live in NKY with their dog Rey, chickens and beehives.
