Register now for the 15th Annual Partners For Change Golf Outing at Traditions Golf Club in Hebron, Kentucky. Join us on Monday, July 14, 2025 for a noon shotgun start with lunch, dinner, various golf contests, and more. Registration/sign-in will take place beginning at 10:30 a.m.

Various sponsorship levels are also available, including this year's Grand Slam Title Sponsor.
