Get ready to hit the greens for a great cause! Registration is officially live for the 16th Annual Partners For Change Golf Outing, taking place on Monday, September 21, 2026, at the beautiful Traditions Golf Club in Hebron, KY.
Join us for a fun-filled day of golf, networking, and community impact in support of students, families, and schools across Northern Kentucky.

10:30 a.m. — Registration & Lunch
12:00 p.m. — Shotgun Start
Post-Scramble — Dinner & Awards Ceremony
Golfers will enjoy a full day on the course followed by a delicious dinner and awards presentation. Top-performing foursomes will receive awards, along with individual contest prizes for challenges.

Register your foursome before July 1, 2026 and save with our “Early Birdie” discount:
$100 off a foursome registration; Equal to $25 off per golfer
Beginning July 1, foursomes will be available at the full registration rate of $800.
