For 25 years, we've supported students, families, and communities as Covington Partners. Now, as Partners For Change, we’re expanding our reach across Northern Kentucky to create stronger, more connected school communities.
We work side by side with school districts to enhance out-of-school time, mentoring, and family engagement—bringing added capacity, expertise, and resources without replacing what’s already working.
By co-creating programs that align with district goals and meet each community’s unique needs, we help ensure every student and family has the support they need to thrive—academically, emotionally, and beyond.
Through our partnerships, school districts are able to:

Out of School Time
We create safe, engaging spaces where students, families, and neighbors thrive beyond school hours. These programs provide academic support in reading and math, enrichment activities, and literacy services to inspire learning and growth. With 91% of participants saying our programs help them avoid trouble, we aim to transform schools into community hubs where everyone can flourish.
Family Engagement
Our initiatives strengthen school-family connections through events, workshops, and leadership opportunities. By fostering collaboration and bridging the gap between home and school, we empower families to support student success and create lasting bonds within the community.
Mentoring Programs
Mentoring transforms lives by connecting students with caring adults who offer guidance and encouragement. From one-on-one reading coaches to work-based mentors for career readiness, our programs help students build confidence and unlock their potential, with 93% of mentored students reporting increased self-assurance.
